Thank you. This workbook made us answer those questions that are hard. My wife was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and fortunate for us we were able to complete this workbook together. She passed away 22 month's after diagnosis. The workbook made my life easier knowing we had made those decisions together.I plan to give a copy to each one of my kids. Thanks
